The twelve-course menu evolves according to season, local produce and the hum of nature.
We encourage you to wander our garden, identifying and investigating the building blocks of the menu, glimpsing what inspires our creativity.
When reserving a table, you will be asked to update us regarding allergies / preferences so we can better prepare for your visit.
The price of the meal is 395 NIS per person.
Rutenberg’s wine collection features a diverse selection of bottles from various vintages. Much like our kitchen, the wine curation highlights local Israeli wineries, and includes two wines made from French Colombard grapes that we harvest and produce exclusively for the restaurant. Alongside them, you will find timeless classics from the world’s finest wine regions, and some you may be discovering for the first time.
The Spirits menu, assembled over the years, showcases exceptional producers, with a special emphasis on traditional and artisanal methods.
During the meal, we’ll be happy to assist you in choosing wines that pair well with the flavors on your plate and enhance your dining experience. Wines are served in half glasses, allowing you to enjoy a variety of styles throughout the different stages of the meal.
We approach wine pairing as an open dialogue, tailored to each guest’s preferences, pace, and mood.

Open pairing – start with half a glass and continue as you wish. Billing is based solely on the wines you’ve consumed.
