Our garden spans a continuously expanding one and a half acres and includes vegetable plots, a fruit orchard, and an herb garden. We are committed to cultivating naturally, with respect for wildlife, plants, and biodiversity.
The development of the garden is an ongoing learning process, deepening our understanding of the soil year by year, season by season.
We strive, and are on course to, base the restaurant menu primarily on the garden’s produce, complemented by foraging from the surrounding area.
